Anna and Jamie are absolutely awesome. This is such an important decision, and since i've gotten ortho once at 16, and at 33, the comparative quality of care has been night and day. I can't recommend Dr. Karotkin and his staff highly enough! From the warm welcome to the bright, clean office, my experience was exceptional. Wow, they save us! It's Friday and at the last several minutes before they close my son said his brace was not right. We plan to take airplane to travel overseas. So we called them and told the situation. They really waited for us being late. Very quick and nice solve the problem. God bless them. They are just so nice.

I finally got my braces off today after over 5 years of treatment! I was so hesitant with starting my treatment, mostly because Ive heard many horror stories from people who have had braces in the past - but Dr. Karotkin put my fears to rest! He was so easy to talk to and very personable from the very first visit! Him and his staff are so kind and knowledgeable - all concerns/questions I had during my treatment were addressed in a timely and professional manner! Overall, I had a wonderful experience here! The staff is great all the way around, they seem carefully handpicked. Great location, right by the tollway. My experience was great, my teeth of course were very stubborn but Dr. Karotkin studied every angle and was very successful with my results. He always explained the expectation for each visit and was always in a cheerful mood which definitely set the mood for my visits. Freddy is my ultimate favorite, if you in know your know! Elsa, the receptionist is great as well, keeping up with reminders of my appointments and rescheduling ahead of time.
