Wow, came in with a painful dental issue. They took care of me perfectly. Dr Jared Staples was amazingly patient with me and understanding. Which was the same with all the staff.
Update: I went in again to get a tooth pulled. It was an emergency type of issue and they got me in quickly. This was not an easy issue and took an abundance of care, which they did. After being in so much pain this weekend to finally have this solved is such a relief. This is an amazing place, every person I have met have been professional and friendly, I felt very comfortable, which I never thought I would say this about a dentist office. Thank you!

Had multiple teeth that were broken and decayed. Called on Friday and made an appt for Tuesday. I was treated well and the Dentist was very skilled. The treatment was very effective and not the terrible experience I expected. A lot of work was done and I was very satisfied with the finished outcome. Matt was amazing and cleaned my teeth perfectly. He remembered all my sensitive areas and was gentle and communicated the whole time asking me if I was ok.
Dr Staples came in and did a quick check in and asked if I had any areas of concern since I was last in.
The front desk checked me out with smiles and laughter. I couldnt ask for a better team.

I love the hygienist! I think her name was Alyssa. She is very sweet, gentle and smart. Im just not sure about the doctors here. They seem so uppity and judgmental. They are not great at communicating which is very important to me. I want to know everything going on. I dont like when they talk under their breath to the hygienist then turn to me and tell me. I will be looking for somewhere different after several years going here.

Matt has been the absolute best! Every time I go in Im not super excited to go since its the dentist, but when I see hes the hygienist Im working with my attitude always changes immediately. Hes always so willing to chat or tell me about what whats going on with my oral hygiene not only in a simple brush floss to fix this way but in a way that lets me truly understand whats happening and why taking those simple steps makes such a huge difference. Glad this company keeps such great employees around!!

Its been a learning curve. Just know this. Check with your own insurance to be sure there is coverage on whats being done! Im happy with the 2 bridges, still adjusting and learning! Dr Hansen is my favorite. Hes patient and knowledgeable.
Ive learned- Lemon/lime and citrus are not good for teeth. If you use Sensodyne toothpaste do everything else FIRST finish with Sensodyne toothpaste and spit but do not rinse out the mouth!!! We will see in one month if it helps!!!

I had a tooth extracted in order to start process of implant. Dr Curtis, Bonnie and Carly calmed my nerves and took excellent care of me. It was a totally pain free experience . I have complete confidence in Smiles Restored. I highly recommend them and look forward to the implant. And the price is 1/3 of other dental offices. Thanks again!
