Dr. Wong and his team took care of me very well. From day 1 of my appointment to my very last. They gave above and beyond service. It was my choice not to finish my braces treatment because I moving to the other country. I still have a year to finish but the result is something that will give me confidence forever. For me, he is not only an Orthodontist but also an artist. He took his time in looking at your eyes and the way you talk so he will shape your teeth according to it and will give you the smile that everyone dream of. His dedication of his work and mastery is a different level. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Thank you Dr. Wong and your team.

I had an excellent Invisalign experience with Dr. Wong and his team! As an adult wanting to fix my teeth, Invisalign was the best way to go. Another orthodontist told me I could only do braces but I got a second opinion with Dr. Wong and Im so glad I did! Their process from start to finish was extremely organized and it included a remote process for checking my progress without having to go into their office as often for appointments. I am finishing my Invisalign right on time for what they estimated. Highly recommend!

Ive put two kids through orthodontics with Dr. Wongs office and am very happy with how its gone. At first, I was very skeptical about Invisilign for kids. Now Im a convert. My kids have been surprisingly responsible about it, and their orthodontic experience is so much less painful and annoying than the braces I had. It is easy to get an appointment, Dr. Wong and his staff are very nice, and the results are shockingly good (both my kids had substantial teeth issues; now they dont).

I had a 10/10 experience today. I was running 10-15 minutes late due to some awful traffic, but Dr. Wongs team was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They still managed to get my full adjustment done and expeditiously replace three broken brackets without making it feel rushed. The entire team is not only diligent in their work but also remarkably efficient. A special thanks to Lindsey at the front desk for her kindness on handling my tardiness, Lisa the orthodontic clinical specialist for her skillful work, and of course, Dr. Wong for leading such a fantastic practice. Ive had a truly wonderful experience at Dr. Wongs office throughout my orthodontic treatment. From the very beginning, the front desk staff (Maya and Myranda) have been consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful it makes every visit smooth and pleasant.

Dr Keith Wong and his team are an amazing bunch! I have zero complaints working with them for my invisalign treatment. They are all timely, efficient, professional, and provide me the right level of explanation. Dr. Wong and his team are THE BEST! I'm coming to the end of my adult Invisalign treatment and can't say enough good things about the process and experience. The staff are incredibly helpful, kind, friendly, and accommodating. I always have a lot of questions and they answer all of them, making me feel like they have all the time in the world and really care. And they often helped me get sooner appointments when my new aligners came in earlier than expected multiple times

And Dr. Wong is just incredible. He's knowledgable, skilled and detail-oriented (which was the most important to me as this is a huge investment), and just so friendly. Numerous times I noticed small adjustments that were important to me and he always incorporated that into the new aligner movement. He brings immense expertise and vision but is also open to any particular adjustments that are extra important to you. I was so glad I always felt comfortable speaking up to ask questions or request certain teeth adjustments.

Overall, I am so glad I did my research on numerous orthodontists in the Seattle area and decided to go with Dr. Wong. 10/10 highly recommend!

Had a WONDERFUL experience with Dr. Wong and his office. I was only going to be in Seattle for about a year, so was hesitant to start treatment with him but he reassured me how easy it would be to continue treatment remotely with him via dental monitoring. I was also very discouraged about my teeth and mouth, as other orthos were suggesting I may need jaw surgery and/or braces, Dr. Wong assured me he could fix my problem with Invisalign. He and the office has gone above and beyond to fit me in at convenient times for my schedule and always wanted to make sure I was satisfied and my questions were answered. Cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Wong and his team are incredible. Found him via a friend's recommendation and made the leap as an adult to get Invisalign through his office. The care shown to me, even when I ended up moving out of Seattle and had to do the final stages of my treatment at a distance, was superb.

I've been a patient of Dr. Keith Wong for quite some time, and I can confidently say he is one of the best orthodontists around. His team is incredibly dedicated, and I have never had a bad experience. They are always friendly and quick to address anything out of the ordinary to ensure the best possible results. Every appointment has made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. I've been receiving compliments on my results from family and friends for a while now.

I've been going to Dr Wong's office since I had braces put on in August 2022. Going through the options, pricing, etc to straighten my teeth was simple and transparent. My experiences visiting the office to adjust my braces have also been good. The staff are professional, capable and friendly. When things have gone wrong with my braces, it's always been easy to set up an appointment to correct the issue.

If I could give 5 more stars to Dr. Wong's practice, I would! Appointments with Dr. Wong helped me take my first steps in overcoming my dental anxiety. I let him know about my experiences in the past and he made sure to provide treatment in a patient, caring, and transparent manner. He's helped improve my smile greatly and I'm forever grateful for that.

His team is very responsive when it comes to phone calls, emails, and scheduling. They are quick to answer questions about payments and financing. I switched insurance companies a couple of times and they always made sure to handle the transition smoothly and help me get the most out of my coverage.

Lastly, the atmosphere and modern design of the office makes you look forward to your next visit. The layout is so thoughtful and helpful for those who have anxiety like myself. The walls are painted a calming light green color. The comfortable seats face a wall of windows where you can enjoy a view of the outdoors. There was also a lovely senior dog who would roam around the office and visit patients. I just learned he is no longer with the team anymore but he definitely made the patients feel at home.

For all these reasons and more, I highly recommend visiting Dr. Wong for any of your orthodontics needs - big or small! No need to hesitate. You'll definitely experience great care.

I had a fairly complicated orthodontic issue (and a history of braces in my teens, but my teeth had never been fixed correctly). Amanda and Dr. Wong gave me a very thorough consultation with a comprehensive explanation of the treatment plan (including options of traditional brackets and Invisalign), estimated treatment time and pricing differences, what my insurance would pay and what I would be responsible to pay myself.
I opted for treatment via Invisalign (which, for me, had to start with some brackets and rubber bands to move things around and make room for proper straightening). My treatment extended beyond the time estimate, but Dr. Wong and his staff were behind me and supportive all along the way. And with zero additional cost to me.
I highly recommend Dr. Wong for excellent orthodontic treatment!

After a bad experience with braces as a teenager, I was hesitant to start my Invisalign at Dr. Wong's. However, it quickly became one of the best decisions. Dr. Wong is incredible!! His office and staff are friendly and professional and welcoming and Dr. Wong is so kind and genuine, and he's very good at what he does. I went to him for bite issues and headaches related to a car accident involving a semi truck, so my case has been pretty complex. He's worked with my oral surgeon and is always generous and patient, and he genuinely cares about his patients and it really shows in the way he runs his office and practice. I dont have the words to express how lucky I feel to have wound up in his office for this whole process - he's the best.

Our son has Invisalign and its been a great experience!

I was recommended by my dentist to visit Dr Wongs office for orthodontics and had a consultation a few months ago which went very well and I was given a couple of treatment options. However my gum wasnt healthy back then and I asked for a treatment delay to improve my gum health. Dr Wongs office staff was very accommodating with my request. When I finally came in, I have received the best service! Every staff member is super nice; in addition to the fact that the office location in Cap Hill is both nicely decorated and clean. Im starting to use my first Invisalign tray now so will update this review when my treatment is complete. But so far Im really impressed with the technology (including the Dental Monitoring app and device), ease and convenience of the services provided. I used to do SmileDirectClub at half the cost but the service you get there is no where near what you would get at Dr Wongs. I wish I had gone to Dr Wong earlier!
