I went to an appointment on 1/22/26 and as soon as I walked in I fell in love with how beautiful and spacious the office is. I forgot the name of the lady who took me in was but she was amazing. And Dr. Lavigne was great! I will definitely recommend this place and i can not wait to start my treatment next month!
Update: I had my appointment yesterday to start treatment and the assistant Peyton was amazing! She explained everything throughly and made me feel very comfortable. :)

I had such a great experience at this orthodontist office. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Hailey, Mirella and Kerslie are so down to earth! made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. The energy in the office was warm and positive, and the overall appearance of the establishment was beautiful, clean, and inviting. You can truly tell they care about their patients and creating a great experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist!

I had never had braces or anything like that before, so naturally I was very nervous going into the process and had no idea what to expect.
Erica, who put in my attachments and aligners, was absolutely amazing and could not have been more patient or helpful in guiding me through everything. She was incredibly reassuring and really helped put me at ease.
She took the time to show me how to remove and put my aligners back in, and she was very patient in allowing me breaks while placing the attachments.
Even after doing this work for so many years, she still understands how overwhelming it can feel for someone experiencing it for the first time, and she approaches it with so much empathy and kindness.
I truly appreciate her and all the care she provided throughout the process.

We loved Anchor Orthodontics. I am an official USCIS sponsor of now almost 18-year old Ukrainian boy and his mother. Right before coming to US to escape the horrors of the war, the boy had a pallet expander metal plate installed in Ukraine. Now that he is out of his braces after over 2 years, we wanted the plate to be removed as well, but his orthodontist didnt do that. I found Anchor Orthodontics using ChatGPT as someone who can remove this specific type of plate. The process of calling and getting all the records and scheduling an appointment was super easy. The team was amazing. The communication was superb. We are extremely happy that plate was removed today and he can go to the prom tomorrow! Thank you, Anchor Orthodontics!

I came here to fix my permanent retainer and all the staff was super kind and attentive. I am not a Providence resident, I go to school here, but I could not wait until I got home to get them fix so I came here and I can say they were super helpful and accessible. 10 stars! Dr. Lavigne, Dr. Cardarelli, and their entire team are by far THE BEST in this field. Being a dentist myself, I always want to send my son where other doctors send theirs. This IS where we send them! There are very few orthodontists who understand growth, development, airway, and orthodontic movements like Dr's Lavigne and Cardarelli. When it came time to decide who would treat my son, it was a no-brainer. I drive an hour to see Dr. Lavigne and I'd triple that because the expertise, experience, and results are worth that and so much more. My son's case has gone so smoothly, he looks and feels incredible, and he genuinely loves visiting the team at Anchor because they make him feel so welcome and comfortable. I am constantly referring my own patients to Dr. Lavigne because I know they will get the best care and I have the luxury of actually being able to back up that statement when I see them for follow-ups. I could go on for hours about how thankful I am and how much I trust them but I'll suffice it to say, if you have gotten this far in your research, just give them a call. You will feel the difference right away. When you choose Anchor Ortho, you are choosing optimal health and results in a warm and caring environment... and who wouldn't want that?

On top of that, the practice is beautiful modern, state-of-the-art equipment, and the whole team is incredibly attentive and kind. My son loves the token system they created to earn prizes and swag! The spa like experience is like no other. From the moment you enter their facility, you feel the warmth and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Anchor Orthodontics in Providence is the best! I drive an hour away from MA for my childrens braces here because I know that Dr. Lavigne is the expert in the field and I can trust her to provide the least invasive options for the best results . Anchor Orthodontics is one of the few places that use custom brackets for braces which significantly cuts down on how long my kids have to wear them for, which saves me on dentist trips! I also have a scan box that I take home with me and can take pictures of their teeth and send them into the office for Dr. Lavigne to check. That way she can monitor progress remotely and only have the kids come in when needed. Again - saving time by reducing the number of visits!! Dr. Lavigne also makes my children feel so comfortable in the office. Its obvious that she has children of her own and knows how to talk to kids in a manner that gets them to trust her and comfortable to sit in the chair. It is 100% worth the drive knowing that we are getting trusted treatment in the most efficient way possible!

I was traveling through New England when my permanent retainer popped partly out. They were able to get me in and everyone here was amazing! I wish I lived here so they could be my primary ortho. I cant say enough good things about this orthodontist and their team. They are always so kind, patient, and professional with my children. The office is organized, appointments run smoothly, and they take the time to explain everything so both parents and kids understand whats going on. My children actually feels comfortable coming to appointments, which says a lot. I would definitely recommend them to any family looking for a great orthodontist.

I have had the best experience at the Providence location. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. It can be a bit intimidating to start the process but they made it super easy. This has definitely been a 6 star experience. I recommend this location to anyone looking to start the braces journey and not feel pressured into anything. It all begins when you are ready. Dr Lavigne has been wonderful she made the visits exciting and not scary. I cant say enough great things about this place and staff.

I got my Split from Anchor Orthodontics I am so happy and satisfied that I chose Anchor Orthodontics for my Marpe Expander and braces, theyre excellent and experts at their work. Dr Lavigne and Arianna are very knowledgeable and patient, they made sure I understood my diagnosis and treatment very well. Ive been on this journey for only 3 months and I love my results so far. The staffs are incredibly accommodating and always friendly, creating a welcoming environment at every visit. The office is clean, well organized, and runs smoothly. I have had excellent experiences in Providence with Anchor Orthodontics as an adult getting Invisalign! The intake was thorough and well explained, financial aspects transparent, and appointments easy to schedule and confident. The facility is very nice, fancy even, with incredibly accommodating staff. We absolutely love Dr. Lavigne and her entire team! From the moment we walked in, my once-nervous 9 year old felt comfortable with the entire experience. Both offices are awesome, and the new Providence office is gorgeous and well-run. Dr. Lavigne is knowledgable and patient, and particularly helped us understand the relationship between the orthodontic process and airway support. Dr Lavigne and her entire staff are wonderful. One of our children is very sensitive and usually nervous when it comes to any medical/dental visits but she has done great and actually enjoys her visits. The Providence location is bright, clean and parking is easy with the large lot. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a real solution to dental issues instead of traditional orthodontics.

Dr. Lavigne and the team are amazing, healthcare professionals who care about their patients comfort, knowledge, consent, and process. You can feel the warmth of this group immediately upon walking into the PVD location, the decor is beautiful, simple, and warm; the team is kind, helpful, and approachable; the technology is top notch ensuring a comfortable process that is often anything but; and for my 8 and 10 year old, they have a prize center that is much fancier then the treasure chest we had as kids. Even in the waiting area, there are wooden games to play with for all ages with incredibly comfortable furniture. I am grateful to this team for supporting my 8 and 10 year old in their orthodontic journey, I feel great comfort in knowing they are on our team!

Dr Lavigne and her team are so knowledgeable and patient. I love that they are airway focused and have a proactive approach and looking to prevent future issues. My 5yo felt so comfortable during her appointments and the assistant was so patient and helpful in making a potentially difficult appointment a breeze for her! Dr Lavigne at Anchor Orthodontics has taken wonderful care of me and my son. As someone with visibly straight teeth, I did not realize that my misaligned bite was responsible for my jaw tension and breathing issues, nor did I realize that I was grinding my teeth and slowly damaging the structure of my teeth. Dr Lavigne started me with invisible aligners and I am now on my way to correcting my bite. I am very confident under her care Dr L and her entire staff are well-spoken, professional, and clean. Dr L herself can be described as a charismatic leader in her field whose approach and demeanor evokes confidence and peace of mind in her patients. Her office is meticulously designed to maximize comfort in a peaceful and aesthetically attractive environment. Im an university student in the area and had part of my permanent retainer come off after coming to campus. It was really bothering me and when trying to find a orthodontist to take it out, I found out about Anchor Orthodontics! Go Here! This office has the most advanced orthodontic technology that Ive seen, so likely top in the state. Dr Lavigne and her staff were super knowledgeable, with high attention to detail, and friendly. We went in for an evaluation on my 8 year old, they gave us an honest opinion that he didnt need any ortho treatment right now, but referred us to a specialist to look at his jaw growth and tongue pattern. I had Dr Lavigne as my dentist when she was MA. Im happy shes treating my kids for Orthodontics now.

Dr Lavigne and her team were incredibly supportive through my complex surgical journey to improve sleep apnea. I had a series of maxillary expansion orthodontic treatments, as well as braces, and received great care and advice throughout the three year journey. Would highly recommend for airway improvement, breathing and complex adult orthodontics.
